Upon successful certification, companies may display the TruKCal™ Certification Badge in accordance with our brand guidelines. Misuse, misrepresentation, or continued use after expiration or revocation of certification is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Payments and Refunds
All fees for certification services must be paid in full at the time of submission. Due to the immediate initiation of testing and administrative work, all payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of TruKCal™ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any portion of the Site without our written consent.
